Appointment & Late Arrival Policy
Appointments are scheduled specifically for you. To book an appointment you must add a deposit to hold your time. If you no show to your appointment the deposit will not be refunded. If you are unable to keep your appointment you may rebook 24hrs prior to your appoitment time and the new appointment must be booked within 5 days of original appointment for the deposit to be applyed to the new appointment time unless unable to rebook due to estheticians schedule. Deposits will be applyed to next avaible appointment time. If you arrive late, it will reduce the time available for your treatment. We’ll do our best to provide your service within the remaining scheduled time whenever possible and you will pay full price for the service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply. This is to ensure we stay on schedule and can provide quality care to all clients booked that day.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed. Esthetic treatments can vary from person to person, and while we always strive for the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Some clients may require additional treatments to achieve their desired results. Any additional sessions needed are the client’s responsibility.
